4-5 ripe but
firm mangoes
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1&1/2 cups whipped cream
Wash the mangoes and cut up into small pieces, but don't peel.
Simmer in a little water for 25 minutes or until tender. Then press
through a very fine sieve. Cool the pulp and fold into the whipped
cream. Add the powdered sugar and gradually blend all together.
Place into cups and chill.
